SeaOPS SUP Yoga Level 1 Course


Aim:
 To introduce Basic Yoga, stretching and Balancing, and learn basic maneuvers on a single paddleboard and safety aspects.


Course Outcome:
Participants will be able to learn the art of balancing on SUP board and some basic YOGA poses.

Course Duration: 1630– 1830 hrs (2hrs)

Minimum attendance to start a class: 5 pax

Location: Sentosa

 

THEORY

  • Basic Yoga techniques and Poses On SUP Board on land
  • Basic SUP Equipment Knowledge

 

PRACTICAL

  • Practical demonstration on how to launch the board from the beach
  • Balancing Poses on SUP Board on water
  • How to execute paddle strokes and steering on the water
  • Embarking & Disembarking (Pontoon & Beach)
  • Basic Maneuvers on board (Small Waves)
  • Assisted Recovery
