SeaOPS 3 Star Stand-Up Paddling Course
Aim: To become a Stand-Up Paddling Instructor
Course Outcome: Able to conduct SUP courses, lead expeditions up to 8km, prepare lesson plans and risk assessments competently
Course Duration: 2 Days
Course Fee: SGD 100 per pax
Minimum attendance to start a class: 4 pax
Location: Sembawang / Sentosa
Pre-requisite: SeaOPS 2 Star SUP + minimum of 20km clocked on SUP

- Basic Equipment Knowledge
- Expedition Theory (Tide Table / Map Reading)
- 3E (Equipment, Environment, Element)
- Risk Assessment
- Crafting Lesson Plans
PRACTICAL
- Revisit skills acquired in 1 Star & 2 Star Courses
- Frontloading techniques on water
- Boards Management
- Roleplay
- Expedition of at least 8km (Instructor Mode)
